QSL Card Design
I am very pleased to announce that Alfio, IT9EJW, has accepted to provide me again with his exquisite QSL design and exceptional printing services. For each operation/callsign, he will design a double-folded card for direct requests, while simple cards will be available for bureau requests.

Logs
This operation is primarily directed to IOTA chasers world-wide, but I will be happy to log any station who wishes to contact me. The logs are available at Club Log. If you believe that you logged me but cannot find your QSO in the respective log, please email me your QSO data at [email protected] and I will check it carefully.
QSL Information
(1) All those who supported this project by a donation of $20 or more and made one or two of the logs will automatically receive their cards via direct. Additionally, all their contacts will be uploaded to LoTW so that they can claim their respective IOTA credits through QSO matching. However, note that QSO matching will be enabled after January 9.
(2) Those who supported this project by a donation of $10 or more, but less than $20, will automatically receive one QSL card via direct. If they made both logs, that card will for the contacts with V62S. Those contacts will also be uploaded to LoTW for QSO matching, as indicated at point 1. However, they are kindly asked to request the other card via the Club Log's OQRS.
(3) QSL cards are available Via Direct by using one of the following two options:
(a) OQRS from ClubLog for each callsign, no need to mail cards and/or SAE.
(b) Mail QSO data for each callsign separately, with SAE and minimum USD 4, to: Cezar Trifu, 4986 Bath Rd., Bath, Ontario K0H 1G0, Canada. If you wish to save money on postage, mail both requests together, but do include minimum $8.
All contacts for which direct QSL requests are made will be uploaded to LoTW shortly for QSO matching. Note that QSO matching toward IOTA credits will be available starting January 9, 2024.
Direct requests which do not comply with this policy will be replied via the bureau.
(4) QSL cards are also available Via Bureau by using only the bureau option at Club Log. Do not mail your cards to the VE QSL Bureau, since they will not reach me.
This was a complex and expensive project, at a cost of just over $30,000. I am extremely grateful to all group and individual donors who gracefully and generously supported it. The list of the respective stations is available on the Donors & Support section of this website and will be continuously updated.
Please consider including some additional support with your direct QSL request to help me defray some of the considerable costs associated with this long and arduous project. Thank you!
